We manage your property for a flat R500 per month!
DERAINE (Pty) Ltd has been buying properties and renting them on the TPN Rentbook platform for some time now. We are offering this service at a flat rate of R500 per month (no matter the rental amount) per unit/property, to Landlords.
This fee includes:
- Managing the monthly rental payments on the Rentbook platform.
- Sending monthly invoices.
- Reconciling monthly payments.
- Managing overdue accounts via TPN Credit Bureau.
- Sending Application forms.
- Drafting Lease Agreements
- 2x Free background checks per Lease Agreement
- Free Facebook exposure on DERAINE Rentals Facebook page.
- Listing on www.deraine.co.za
- Free marketing on Deraine Rentals social media platforms
- Property viewings where possible.
Any extra background checks can be done at R60 per check with reports made available to the Landlord.
As property consultants we have been doing this for some time with huge success. There are no hidden costs or inflated amounts onto monthly rents and this benefits both Landlord and tenant.

DERAINE Rentals are bringing together lessees with lessors in a very unique and simplified way.
We allow landlords to submit and pay a flat fee to list their property with us on our site for a fixed fee per property.
Advertise Your Property on Deraine for only R 250.00
For this flat, once-off fee, your property will be listed on our site for 3 months. This is available for both property rentals and sales.
An additional R 100.00 fee is optional for those who wish their listing to be additionally featured on our website.
