Deraine Rentals is in collaboration with My Homeloans to offer you assistance from a bond originator - at no charge to My Homeloans or any client wanting to sell or buy.

Simply download the OTP and the Disclosure Document (as it is needed to disclose any property defects to the buyer), complete and sign between both parties, and upload it back onto this portal, so our experienced Bond Originators can get the process started for you. Saving you money on your purchase price as you’ll be buying directly from the home owner, with no commission or costs added to the purchase price.
